Those look more like either sculpted wooden blades or they cut the blade portion off a composite stick and spray painted it gray 
Custom everything.

Seems the Trigger4 has a new Shaft build code, “E” and TR4 barcode. Very interesting what they did with it

Could be a pair of Tampa thirds? Wings players I saw had generic all black gloves which they've obviously never worn. Could be a new look for the Jets but if those are black with a blue cuff I think they are going to look dumb since the Jets have no black in their jerseys. If they are navy with a powder blue cuff those could be reallllllllly clean. But from the photos they look more black than navy

Its a pro 1X Lite, so odds are it might be a new cuff. Rookie camp is this week in Winnipeg? We will see more at that time.

I think they were using random gloves. The Canucks draft picks were wearing navy gloves.

Small detail but the Canucks updated the stick-in-the-rink logo on their practice jerseys and pants, looks better.
