New guy here from Southern California. I've been a hockey fan since I was just a little guy. Grew up watching it with my Pops. Spent my youth playing roller hockey, but always wanted to play Ice. Just got all my equipment together for ice and have been playing some pick up. Eventually id love to play in a league somewhere.
I've been married for 8 years and have 4 kids. Two step kids, a 3 year old, and a 7 month old.
I'm a kings fan, but I don't hate the ducks as much as some kings fans.
I've been a member of msh for a little while now, but was recommended to come check this place out.
Thanks for letting me join, and I look forward to meeting you guys.

Currently I've just been playing some pickup over at Paramount Iceland on Sundays. Finally making the switch from Roller to Ice. At age 33 it's not too late, so I thought I'd give it a go. It's definitely different, but I find I'm having quite a bit more fun playing ice. There's just something about the smell of the ice and the sound of the skates and pucks that you just don't get with Roller. I watch my little boys during the week, so I'm limited to only playing on a Sat. or Sun. Paramount's pick up has been a blast though. The players all seem pretty cool, and they have guys of all skill levels, so it helps me to blend in a bit. Judging by your picture and that your looking for Kings gear I'm guessing your So Cal located as well? Good to meet you.
