Have major problems with SLS shipping policys. Seller - When you print up the USPS shipping labels they provide for you & charge the buyer , all they have is the basic $50 insurance . SLS say's if you want to add insurance at the post office , you can. well that's not the case. The post office always gives me problems about this & turned me away today. a few times they did it & most times they got all worked up and did not do it for me , This is a problem & if you use your own labels , their policy is to only credit you what they charge the buyer, only with site credit. it should be credit to your credit card on file , which is total BS. Buyer - if you have to return a item & it was totally the sellers fault. Their policy is for buyer to pay return postage & only get site credit back for your cost of return postage , it wasn't buyers fault , total BS. They need to step up their game & make insurance an option on their site , these things are never a problem on ebay. Don't know about you , but if I just sold a pair of skates worth $500. I don't want them in USPS / Canada post transit , with only $50 insurance on them.

Yes , their shipping is screwed up. but like my issue is . If you bring your PREPAID SLS uninsured label to post office & want insurance , they say they don't do that & want to make you another label w / insurance that SLS will only give you site credit for the postage cost , because you didn't use their label , also this BS , if you need to return something & it was totally the sellers fault, they give only site credit for the return postage cost.

Called my post office later in the day & talked to post master ( head boss ) , she was not there when I brought package. They told her about problem with adding insurance to prepaid SLS label. She called the district office & they want to see one of these labels ( the one I sent off , already was in transit ) , have a copy of one , going to bring it to her Tomorrow. If SLS would just give postage credit back to credit card on file , I would have no problem. But SLS has to be petty with this site credit BS.

got word today from the post master at my post office that you can not add more insurance to a SLS easypost shipping label , because easypost is the SLS shipping vendor & insurance can only come from one source ( easypost is their source ). also , once a label is printed , even with just the basic $50 INS , no more can be added. you would have to void that label & make a new one with all the INS you want. be smart guys , you are only covered for $50 with their labels. I have the USPS form , stating this.

Have you forwarded this to Sideline? I've encountered the same issue on items that I wanted to insure.

yes , sent them all the USPS Info , the post office master from my post office sent me. don't think SLS are going to do anything. pulled all my stuff from their site that would need more than $50 insurance. Again , what this means is , SLS uses easypost as their shipping vendor. all insurance for their label's can only come from easypost ( insurance from multiple sources is not permitted , line D ) simple. also posted in gallery to blow up
